About Coachcare
Located halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the beautiful Mid North Coast at Nambucca Heads Coachcare has been refurbishing and repairing buses and coaches since 2016. The owner David Bishop has been part of the industry all of his life with almost 30 of those years being directly involved as a vehicle body builder.
Having spent his younger years watching his father own a bus and coach building business in the 70s he became apprenticed to him in the early 90s as a vehicle body builder then later went on to work for companies such as Custom Coaches and the Toyota Motor Corp. in Sydney. David decided it was time for himself to go it alone and in 2011 started a metal fabrication business in Nambucca Heads which has now progressed into a successful bus and coach refurb and repair business! David also is a contract charter coach driver, so he knows what is expected from the industry and how it works.
